Upon arrival system was running checked low voltage wires water safety switch capacitor everything in range advised client if it shuts off again give us a call

Upon arrival blower motor was running condenser wasn’t cycled power unit is up and cooling

Removed old blower motor and broken wheel. Installed new blower wheel and motor. Cycled system and preformed comfort club maintenance. Found capacitor outside its range, replaced and tested. Washed condenser coils, found coils very dirty. Checked filter and filter was clean. System is properly running.

I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 20x30 filter. The system is a 2013 model located in the hallway attic and outside on the ground. I also flushed the condensate drain. The system checked out operational and within manufactures specifications at the time of the service. Scheduled next Maintenance visit online for Monday October 26th 2026 between 2-5 pm.

Remove shark bite. Flare liquid line and use flare nut. Use torque wrench not tighten properly to installer specs for mini splits. Add back full refrigerant charge (53oz/ 3.3lbs r410A) per all mini split manufacturer instructions.

Upon arrival t stat was blank master bedroom checked for 24 volts reset thermostat unit is up and cooling advised client if it happens again we will replace thermostat

The formed a cooling maintenance on two Lennox split system units. Both are our 22 systems, it are both about 20 years old and original to home. Checked refrigeration levels as well as all electrical components and both systems are still working within manufacturers specifications. Well systems have had run capacitor replaced informed client about the age and condition of units. client is well aware of how old units are. Cleaned out condensation line from FAU. located inside garage and cleaned out condensation line for unit located in attic from outdoor drain pipe changed out filters throughout house. also washed down both condenser units. see notes.

After Diagnostic found faulty capacitor compressor saver replaced parts unit is up and cooling also replaced contactor has burnt marks will return to replace condenser fan motor is leaking oil

Cooling service and safety check on 2018 carrier equipment. Replaced filters, cleared drain lines, washed coils. Cleaned electrical compartments and verified connections are secure. Replaced weak capacitors on fan motors and compressors. Installed compressor saver kits on each compressor to prevent thermal overload. Verified refrigerant pressures are good. Sequence of operation is working properly according to manufacturer specifications. Will schedule to install ductless mini split system for garage tomorrow.

Preformed leak search. Checked outdoor unit and replaced schrader valve. Used ultra sonic and dr58 leak detectors. Opened evaporator coil. Did not find any leaks. Advised client will monitor system. Advised possible leak was in the Schrader valve.

Performed a cooling maintenance on for split system units. Three unit units for main home and 1 for casita. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels by performing split temps. All units systems are getting a 20 to 25° split. checked all electrical components such as run capacitors at this time all four systems run capacitors are within range. Sent estimate via email for run capacitor for hallway unit. Make sure to clean out all four systems, condensation lines, as well as changed out all four systems filters and finish maintenance by washing down all condenser units located outside. All four systems are reaching temperatures of 70° inside house renewed Client’s membership.

Comfort ac service on 2023 Goodman bedroom system and 2017 r407c/r421a split system for living area. Replaced dirty filters throughout the house. Checked all ac components and refrigerant levels. Blew out electrical compartment and flushed condensate lines. Washed condenser coils. Found living area system slightly low on refrigerant. Advised client on type of refrigerant. Advised system may struggle on extreme heat days. Signed up on yearly agreement.
