Replaced circuit board unit only ran in test mode after further diagnostic 1050 thermostat was faulty as well. Replaced 1050 unit is up And Cooling.

Performed a cooling maintenance on two split heat pumps. Washed outdoor unit, cleared condensate drain and replaced filters. Performed refrigerant circuit diagnostic, electric motor readings and checked capacitors. Installed (2) 3-ton Hard start kits – paid via C. C. Both systems are cooling the home at the time of maintenance. Pre-booked heating maintenance.

On arrival for maintenance visit ——condensing unit cycling on and off this was due to a bad indoor fan motor. ——Replace blower motor ——tested system—— system up and running per manufacturer specification—-temperature differential well within specification—-blower motor replaced under Parts and labor warranty—-spoke with client about JB warranty as well.b

Perform Leak Search for Bedroom Unit S#6359. Found condenser coil leaking (see photos). Refrigerant system is leaking and will continue to leak. Oil stains in coils and is un repairable due to internal leak in coil system. Equipment uses 410a refrigerant which is phased out and coils are not manufactured. Recommend replacing equipment. When converted to new 454B refrigerant systems first option is to replace condenser and evaporator coil which includes replacing outdoor unit and evaporator coil in garage. Second option is complete system replacement, attached all options below. Complete system replacement has two options Silver standard efficiency or Gold high efficiency. Advised can refill refrigerant though advise equipment will continue to leak. Recommend complete system replacement due to equipment past life expectancy and has multiple additional potential breakdowns. Emailed and attached all options below.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on 2) 2001 Rheem split systems. FAUs are located in attic. Replaced 2) 20x20 filters located in ceilings. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, hard start kit, temperature split, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Cleared condensation lines from outside termination. Compressors are running near/at max amps. Freon levels are okay, system showing signs of inefficiencies due to age and condition. Informed to client replacement is recommended. Client to advise. Thermostats checked out okay. Client renewed HFCP paid via CC. Systems are working in cooling at this time of service.

Maintenance for cooling on two American Standard upflow platinum series heat pump. Both FAU is located in garage. Two 16 x 25 filters located at FAU. Condensation line cleared filters changed. Checked the system sequence of operation. Two 1050 thermostat thermostats show no active alerts. Check compressor amps, check fan motor amps, checked fuses, check Freon and pressure. Washed both units down. Both systems are working per manufacture specs. Home is cooling properly.Client renewed bi-annual, wanted an invoice sent to her main home mailing address so she can pay by check.

Performed ac cooling maintenance in 2019 American Standard package unit on roof. Replaced 24x24 ceiling filter. Honeywell 6000 thermostat working properly. Cleared condensation drain. Cleaned out electrical compartment. Cleaned condenser coils. Checked amps, volts, capacitors, and temperature split (19/20). Inspected evaporator coils and blower wheel for cleanliness.

Upon arrival found blown low voltage fuse again. Replaced and found direct short. Traced low voltage wire from outdoor unit to indoor unit. Found wire is ran through conduit on side of home however once it gets to the roof wire is exposed on roof. Found wires on roof in horrible condition from the sun. Advised client on either wireless module or electrical department run wire. Client would like electrical to run wire. Ran temporary low voltage wire for the weekend.

I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 20x30 filter. The system is a 2016 model located in the master closet attic and outside on the ground. The system checks out operational and within manufactures specifications at the time of the service. Scheduled next Maintenance visit online for Wednesday October 7th 2026 between 2-5 pm.

Perform a cooling maintenance on a five-year-old Lennox split system unit. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels at this time. System is cooling down the house properly reaching designated temperature on thermostat and condensation line from outdoor drain pipe located on opposite side of outdoor unit run capacitor rated for 45 was getting 44 at this time set a estimate via email for a hard start kit. Finish maintenance by signing new client up on a Hyde’s family plan.

Today’s annual cooling preventative maintenance consisted of one Goodman unit. I first begin with replacing the 16 x 25 filter in the garage upflow access replacing the filter ensures that there is proper airflow able to circulate back to the system at minimal resistance. I then cleared the condensation line to ensure that it is properly draining at this time of service. All of the cooling sequence of operations are successfully checking out verifying there’s a proper 20° split so that the home could be cooling efficiently to the desired temperature. The ecobee thermostat is properly calling for cooling and turning the unit on as well following with the amperage testing out safely in the correct range to ensure a controlled voltage is being used throughout the unit. Overall, this good main system is operating to the manufacturer specs at this time of today’s annual cooling preventative maintenance.

Performed a cooling maintenance on 2 2003 York package unit, changed filter, filter located in ceiling, flushed condensation line, on unit check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check for temperature split, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed unit coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

Replaced 20x25 filter located in blower compartment and cleared condensation line from fau. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, hard start kit, temperature split, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Honeywell 3000 thermostat checked out okay. System is working in cooling at this time of service. Client renewed HFCP paid via check.

Upon arrival found mini split turned off. Turn system on and unit would operate properly without any error codes. insured all wires were tight and making good connection. Error code E6 is loss of communication between outdoor and indoor unit. Most common causes is faulty control board at condensing unit wants client signs estimate we will proceed with ordering circuit board.

Sn—P2UF bedroom system has continued to not run, then run when technician arrives. Client noticed outside unit stops but indoor blower motor continues to run. Checked fan motor and found it very hot. Equipment running on arrival though once fan motor over heats it stops operating, then cools down and runs again. Installed new fan motor.

I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also client replaced own 20x30 filter. The system is a 2015 model located in the master closet attic. I also flushed the condensate drain from the attic. Upon going into the attic, I smelled gas at the furnace area. Sprayed with soap bubbles and found where the leak is. Attached picture to account. Advised client that we will need to have a service tech come out and resolve issue. Advised client that I turned off the gas at the furnace until we can come back and resolve issue. Also found that at the outdoor unit that the contactor is pitting and then found that the start up amps are rated for 112 and we’re getting 119. Recommended replacing contactor and installing a hard start kit to reduce compressor start up amperage. Client to advise. Office to call and schedule for service tech to come out and check out gas leak. At the time of the service the system checked out operational at the time of the service.
