As shown in pictures at this time, all is within range and system is pulling down the house properly finish maintenance by washing down condenser unit and by blowing out condensation line located on opposite side of condenser unit.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2016 American standard package unit. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels. Client wanted to add a hard start kit. After install installing hard, start kit and testing out unit at this time system is cooling down within manufacturer specifications.

Supply temperature: 69°/return temperature: 80° – temperature split 11°. Vapor line was lukewarm to the touch. Dual run capacitor - good. Compressor saver kit was not able to lower starting amperage. Running amps on compressor were very high. Client will give us a call when the system is no longer cooling.

Secured and clean electrical connections at condenser and fuse box. Cleared condensation lines from outside. Both Honeywell 8000 thermostat checked out OK. Rinsed condenser coils. Unit SN *****11081 While performing maintenance, found that this unit had a weak capacitor spoke with client on findings recommend replacing part Client approved/ replaced 45/5uF capacitor Both units are now operating properly and within limits.
