We will be troubleshooting a circuit breaker that keeps on tripping, and that circuit breaker controls the outdoor lights and landscape lighting. There is a short in the system.

Cooling maintenance on Lennox split system. Furnace is located in attic, changed out 20 x 30 filter located in. Cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, checked volts, and amps, checked start and run capacitors, verified refrigerant levels and line temperatures and cycled equipment. Wash condensing coils and clear compensation line. thermostat checked out OK. System is within manufacturers, specifications and cooling and operating properly at this time of service.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2023American Standard platinum series condenser, condenser located in front of house, fau located in hallway closet, filter located in filter rack, change filter, flushed condensation line through jones valve, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check for temperature split everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

remove condenser fan motor,,,,and sides panels,,,,,and evaporator coil,,,,,found no signs of refrigerant leaks advice client next step is to do full insulation,,,client stated,,,,is not in his budget at this time

Electrical short in control circuit. Repaired electrical connections. Replaced batteries also and tested operation.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a package unit located on rooftop. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels was getting a 18° split at this time. Recommended replacing run. Capacitor will send estimate via email system at this time is cooling down the house properly Would recommend replacing run capacitor before going out of life expectancy finish maintenance by washing down condenser unit and by changing out filters.

Performed cooling maintenance on 2020 air temp convincing unit furnace is older York. Changed out 16 x 30 filter located in ceiling. Cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verify proper sequence of operation, found starting amps 126/109, recommended compressor saver kit to prevent any further damage to compressor, assist compressor at start up and prolong life of compressor. Client declined, client stated they have home warranty. Will send over estimate. Verified refrigerant levels and line temperatures and took temperature splits and cycled equipment. Cleared condensation line and washed condensing coil. Thermostat checked out OK, system is not within manufacturers specifications, but cooling and operating at this time of service. Client also stated that there was water inside blower compartment last season, inform Client water safety switch and jones valve is necessary to prevent any water damage to electrical components and to drywall of home due to condensation overf

One time tune up on 2003 condenser with 2011 furnace. Fau located inside attic, condenser on roof. Replaced filters, flushed lines and washed coils. Checked all ac components and refrigerant levels. Found system low on refrigerant, added three pounds. Systems life expectancy is 10-15 years. Highly recommend looking into replacement before major break down.

Capacitor – good. Refrigerant circuit diagnostic – good. Running and starting amperage measured within manufacture specifications on all motors. System is cooling the home at the time of maintenance.

I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 20x24 filter. The system is a 1997 3 Ton Package unit located on the roof. Client is well aware of the age. Advised client on capacitor that is slightly out of manufactures specifications. Also advised client of sun damaged thermostat wiring. With the age of the system, advised client on replacing the system. Client to leave as is. The system checked out operational at the time of the service.

Comfort ac service on 2020 carrier packaged unit. Replaced filter in packaged unit. Washed condenser coils and flushed condensation line. Checked all ac components and temperature split. Renewed on yearly agreement.

Executed a cooling maintenance on a split system (technician notes). Upon arrival, found compressor saver kit dysfunctional. Installed new compressor saver kit and Jones valve – paid via C.C. Refrigerant circuit diagnostic – good. Dual run capacitor – good. Running and starting amperage measured within manufacture specifications on all motors. Cleared condensate drain line, washed condenser coil and replaced filter. System is cooling the home at the time of maintenance.

Performed a cooling maintenance on two split system units. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels also cleaned out condensation lines and changed out filters at this time. All the manufacturers specifications and both systems are cooling down the house properly reaching low temperatures inside. Finish maintenance by washing down both condenser units located on opposite size of the house also washed mini split filters.

Client advised of having to reset breakers, recommended having a panel tune up with whole house surge protection. Went over options with client. Client to advise. The system checked out operational and within manufactures specifications at the time of the service.

System pressures and line temperatures were to specifications. Compressors, fan motors, and capacitors were working properly. Renewed yearly agreement

Furnace is located in garage, filter is 24 x 24 and located within furnace cabinet, changed filter, cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, cleared condensation line in wash condensing coil. System is at life expectancy, but cooling and operating properly at this time of service. Renewed annual comfort plan.

Sold ductless

One time tune up on ductless mini split for garage. Washed filter and coils. Cycled system and checked temperature split. Went over remote. Went over lyric water leak detector. Advised it tell temperature as well.

PTU on 2010 Goodman split system. Furnace is located in garage, filter is 20 x 25 and located within filter rack, cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, checked, volts, and amps, checked capacitor, found starting amps and 70 capacitor, exceeding specification’s and out of range. Recommended, install installed and tested compressor saver kit and 70 capacitor verified refrigerant levels and line temperatures and cycled equipment. Condensation line was cleared at FAU, washed condensing coil. Thermostat checked out OK, system is at life expectancy, but with recommended repair’s is now within manufacturers, specifications, and cooling and operating properly at this time of service.
