I was really happy with the Casey, the technician that came by....
He was very thorough explained what he was going to do. We talked about a variety of options to improve my air conditioning needs. I am familiar with air conditioning and he treated me with respect and filled in the holes of my knowledge where I needed it. I would definitely recommend hyde's air conditioning to anyone.

So it's been a month since Casey's come out for first time and this time we were fearing the worst?
Was there was something more wrong?
As it turns out our compressor was just overheated need to be cooled off and restarted.
I want to thank Hyde's A/C Casey for doing the right thing and making us Believers in Hyde's A/C company.

My air conditioning system is 3 years old now and I couldn't be more happy to be working just fine with basic maintenance

Hyde's came out this time for regular maintenance but a couple of days ago, We had a power outage and when the power came on couple of my electronic components were blown out so, I opted to get the power surge protection so, my air conditioning system isn't damaged. I couldn't be more happier with Hyde's air conditioning systems.

I have regular maintenance done every 6 months one for winter one for summer This time Chris Coia came out and did my winter service. As always Hyde's air conditioning is always professional, on time, clean and transparent. You couldn't ask for a better air conditioning company.

It's been 7 years since Hyde's replace my original equipment air conditioning with a new system.
Today Maurice Burrell from Hyde's air conditioning did my summer maintenance and now I should be good to go. I'm ready for those 120° days 😎

Maurice did an excellent job in doing the seasonal checkup of our
cooling system. He was on time, explained everything he was planning to check during the visit. When finished he gave a concise summary of the status of the system and answered any questions. He is an experienced professional and also very friendly.

Chris was wonderful. He came in, sat down and listened to what we had to say. He obviously cared about our concerns and wanted to help. He checked everything, diagnosed our problem and fixed it immediately. We couldn't ask for a better service technician or company than Hyde's.

Danny came out this afternoon and was extremely helpful with explaining the issue and all possible options available to us. We appreciate how thorough he was!

I’m not one to write reviews too often but the service I had was so good, I just had to. I’ve been with using a competitor for years but I decided to get a second opinion on my AC issue. Jonathan was so informative, kind, punctual, friendly and professional that I’ll continue to use Hyde’s from now on for my regular servicing as well. We have used Hyde''s now on several occasions. They helped get our ACs running again after vandalized by tenants on a rental property, for annual AC checkups and recently installation of a home EV charger. Obviously very happy with their work - which includes bringing in resources/people when necessary to make sure work was done properly. Always great communication and being prompt for appointments
