Never met or saw the man. I can but assume he came by to collect the ladder late today. Thank you after three days of it being here. Unlike Hyde's usual great service.

Sometimes your hvac system can be tricky. Especially so when you have a Generac- as I do. They diagnosed and fixed quickly. No charges for a trip where it ended in a non repair. Some places have minimums for a trip that was fruitless. HVAC is already expensive work. It can get worse with petty and unnecessary charges. I used to be in the hvac bus.

The service person, Israel, was very thorough. He explained everything he was going to do from the start and then when he was finished, he went over everything that he did do. He articulated very well and was very professional and friendly. He was very respectful of our property inside and out, and I would recommend him and your company to anyone that needs service on their air/heating units.

Open arrival found generator cranking, but not starting upon further investigation found too much fuel, preventing generator to start, adjusted gas valve and generator started running but gas regulator inside generator maybe the cause of to much gas . This is just a temporary fixed may need to change gas regulator.
Took out old equipment, crane down condensers and lift up new ones
Lennox outdoor unit client stated everything’s running just not cooling the home. Well unit holds 10 pounds of refrigerant for 10 a target is 10.6 sub cool gauges read 2° sub cool estimate 5 to 6 pounds

Generator is exercising as it should every first of the month at 12 o’clock for five minutes told customer if I have to come back out for any other reason he will be charged a service fee for coming out. Also recommended maintenance for generator! generator, flashing green and yellow for service maintenance due. Customer denied maintenance.

System working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.
Performed a cooling maintenance on 3 ton and a 5 ton American standard platinum series condenser. condenser located on right side of home,filters located inside furnace, furnace located in garage 20x24 and 16x25 filter. Change filter, flush, condensation line, check for amperage and voltage ,check for compressor, check for Freon, Level, clear dust from electrical component area. Rinsedboth condensers. Both units working and cooling with the specifications at the time of maintenance.(client left could not collect advices office )

Both systems working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.
